Realistic Goals Have More Competition
When a fisherman tries to fish near the coast, he faces a lot of competition and finds less fish. But when the same fisherman goes into the deep waters, it gets a little risky but he gets to hit the jackpot!
In the same way, when we apply for jobs, there is a huge competition. Sometimes a single job posting has 4,000 applicants. When 99% of people are trying to achieve a 'Realistic' goal, why are you doing the same? You will only find fierce competition there.
It is easier to get a person you really admire on a phone call with you, than convincing your manager to give you a raise.
It is easier to be excited for a whole year while working on your dream business plan than to be excited for a week in a job that you hate.
It is easier to approach the best-looking girl than to approach a few average girls.
What is your unrealistic goal? Maybe it's time to go after it?
